Threatened to take me and my wife's bed because we were a day late. We've given y'all a crap ton of money. God forbid we're like 5 seconds late.

I have had a consistent positive experience at this store. Maranda has helped me find 2 couch sets. I was unhappy with a couch set and she quickly fixed the situation and ordered a new one for me. Definitely recommend her as a sales person and Shawn.

It’s a nice place to get things if you really need it and don’t have the money to buy it but I can’t stand how the staff acts if you’re going to be late on a payment they call multiple times a day threaten to take the items back if you don’t pay it right away they even looked me up on Facebook and started messaging me on there. I’ve been getting things from this store for 4 years. I have had 3 successful leases in that time period no issues or late payments now I have a bedroom set I’ve been paying on over a year but In the past six months my fiancé has been laid off work and I’ve been late on my payments sometimes up to three weeks but I always communicate with them. I’ve never been a whole month behind ever! I just made a payment today and they said my next payment has to be made on/before the due date they will not except my payment even a day late and they will come get the items. I just don’t understand how they can do that to people who aren’t even a month behind I’ve paid thousands of dollars on the bedroom set already! Then what they get the bedroom set back and then resell it and make twice as much.

This place is the worste place Ive ever experienced worst service at in my life the manager Travis is so rude and this place stole $346 from me when it wasn't even my payment due when I told them months ago that the payment I did for my mother was a one time thing and months went by and they started talking money out and when I told them about it they where starting to get my money back but then it's been taking 2-3weeks pending and I still haven't gotten it back when they said it would only take 7-10 days and it's been week. This place is the worste place I have ever dealed with

I don’t usually do reviews but got a couch from these guys in 2017 and had it for 7 or 8 months then moved and couldn’t transfer between Aarons stores which was fine because I expected to be able to use my credit toward something again if I moved back. Well I did move back and after spending over $1000 with them they say they can’t do business with me anymore. Very upset as to I have brought them a lot of customers and been a good customer in the past. Good job Aarons maybe you should force the people who work there out again and get some people who actually know what they are doing thanks. ✌️
