Rude experience after different reps been blowing my phone up about selecting an item I finally get around to it n then I had a man call today very rude very disrespectful not sure who pissed n his cereal but as of now you guys can cancel application and I’ll go to another store! Very unprofessional hung up because he kept asking me same question about something I already answeeed n because I asked “can u let me know exactly what I need to fax or send over IM AT WORK” I been calling back after being hung up on n he not answering lol just please cancel my application ! The manager Lenny has no customer service etiquette he’s rude and nasty I’ve never ordered from Aaron’s before I’m a new customer he was so disgusting in tone and didn’t give me not one ounce of respect he needs to be terminated he doesnt represent the company in a positive way u cant have that type of job an be rude an nasty to people that choose to spend their hard earned money with u
Me and my My fiancé purchased the couch last month from Aaron . When the couch was delivered, we noticed that It was dog hair underneath the pillows. We were aware that the couch was refurbished. It was supposed to be sterilized and clean from the looks of the couch. The couch was never cleaned on January 6. We have spotted bedbugs in the couch. We immediately contacted Lenny, the manager of the of He set up an inspection with Terminix to come out, but do not want to pay for treatment. We have lost beds, clothes, dressers, and drawers. Due to this issue, we have contact Corporate office regional manager In Lenny also with no help, this is very disappointing Two children that is living in this home who lost Their room is totally destroyed due to us Trying to add living room furniture we have been loyal customers to Lenny and Aaron for over five Paid off washer and dryer and two TVs and this is how we are treated below. You will see videos. Please do not purchase anything from the store as we were told that they took the couch back to the store that had bedbugs in it !!
Poor customer service, rude workers on the phone. They take forever to get back to you. I just moved in to a new place with my lady and we were supposed to have our furniture set before the new years. It never came but then when you call and show your side then they cancel your order but it’s their fault for no communication!!! They were also rude to my finance and that right their lost all business with me!!!!
