In store workers were very friendly and helpful. Payments were low and easy and flexible if needed. Will definitely be buying more :)

I love the Eaton location they are both very sweet and understanding and very helpful . Just wish it didn’t cost as much for the overall price.

Recently went in to look at the coach and loveseats and it was a nice time for a change, was instantly greeted and welcomed by Paige. Although we didn’t buy anything, we will definitely be back for some more price checking. 5 stars for sure!

I'm going to start by saying I have never purchased anything from Rent-A-Center before. After visiting the Greenville and Hoke rd Englewood locations I was left with a bitter taste in my mouth. I had poor service and at Hoke rd I even experienced a sales rep so lazy he couldn't even walk out from his office to talk... Just shouted out the doorway! After all that I finally met Sam from the Eaton location!He was personable, caring about my situation, and very professional! He was able to obtain a brand new washer and dryer set for me from Indiana and had it shipped to their store and delivered to me within a few days during a very busy sale they had going! He knew my family of 6 needed a set ASAP due to an unforseen washer breakdown and stepped up to help my family! If I ever need anything I know I can trust the best service from this store!!!

If you have no credit and need to use a rental place, this is a good one. Sure, you will pay a lot more if you rent to own, but the service at this location is exceptional.
