I would recommend to everyone I seen a lot of harsh comment but they are always to there word and make stuff happen even when you can afford the full amount the Arron’s team at Dover is really amazing we bout out 3 items under 2 months and just today rented a 75” xumo tv and Aurora lighted tv stand we are very satisfied with not only the customer service but the experience we have every time with Arron’s
Over all great service with them would recommend them for any home furnishings they treated me very well very kind and professional towards me
We've purchased many things from Aaron's. The location in Dover the staff are extremely friendly and always ready to help us find the perfect item. The latest item we purchased was a bed and I can absolutely say without a doubt this is the best bed we've ever owned. I wear a watch to track sleeping and my sleep score has gone from 40-50's up to high 80's immediately.
I don't have anything from aarons and they just made my account negative . Wtfffffffff -120. I need the money back ASAP I'm so broke I can't even pay this 😫 😩. I'm never ever going to Aaron's
When my current business with them is done, I'll be happy. I told them 3 weeks ago that I was sending everything back because I needed to cut my bills. I gave a date when they could come and they said no, insisting on September 1st. The day is here, and now I'm told they may not make it because they have so much to do. Then a manager who I won't name enlightened me that it's September 1st and this is a "very busy day!" And I'm sitting at home what about a half dozen other things to do. I can't do those things because I can't depend on Aaron's to keep their word!
Absolute worst company to deal with!!! I don't recommend to anyone !!! I will be contacting corporate over the customer service I received!!! I was told by several friends and family members to never go through them but I figured I would try it anyways because our mower broke and it was quick and easy so I decided to try it out and boy was it a mistake !!!
This place has fantastic service. The people here are wonderful and friendly, and they do everything in their power to make sure you're satisfied.
