Fell down on hard times told them I just needed a week or two more to make a payment advised them not to contact the number on file and to only email due to my fiancee being high risk and didn't need the stress. I had given them and up to date number and had messaged from my primary email. They waited a few days a proceeded to contact her from 5 time from three different numbers in one day. They then tried to say I was one month behind when my payment was just due they tried to take over 700 dollars in one day alone when my payment was one 167. I requested that my washer and dryer be returned that they had taken for repairs I'm now being advised that they don't know where it went and they aren't responsible because they are no longer corporate owned so now I'm stuck with a washer and dryer that already had a lot of usage beforehand and the dryer has to be ran twice just to dry a load. I'm being taken to small claims court due to a TV that was over 75% paid off and had gotten broke from my kids and I was informed that they don't cover that so I tossed it out and a bed is another situation. I informed them I want my washer and dryer I paid for back as promised before I make anymore payments and the owner told me he'd just see me in court and refused to give me a number for some above him. Stay away if you can go to any other rent to own company this local branch has went down hill since 2023.

These people are ridiculous and will never buy anything from this store again. Employees are so rude and disrespectful. The one they had open in circleville was a lot better. This place is trashy and like a dump. Never go here to buy anything off them ever because they have no respect for anyone and you want to run your mouth and hang the phone up what kind of business does that. You need to be fired and no longer work ever again if you are going to disrespect customers like you do and not help the customers

Paid over 800$ toward my dryer not even worth that much lost my job only owe 300$ left and they filed small claims court against me smh once I pay this shit off I’m done with them! Stay away!!

Bought a couch and love seat from here, decided to buy furniture straight out somewhere to get rid of a payment. Made an excuse the first time saying my drive way flooded my drive way is a downhill slope. Then they said it was too muddy to go up it and it is all rocks. Second time they didn’t show up. Third time they pulled in the drive way left a note on my door saying they missed me I was home. Fourth time they came HOURS before the time scheduled after telling me I had to be there. I have them setting outside they came to inspect the furniture and said I had an infestation of bugs. I would definitely be able to tell if there were bugs in my home. Rip offs.
