Ordered a laptop online store calls me immediately Monday we have the computer in our calina store we can deliver it with a Time window between 10 and 12:00 tomorrow wife was home all day three big dogs American bullies they try to tell me they knocked on the door and left a tag no tag has been left on my door my dogs has not barked my wife heard the UPS driver pull up you trying to tell me she didn't hear you knocking on my door that's missing a door tag or did you just tap so light the dogs didn't hear you either so needless to say I canceled my order and will not be using them whatsoever I'll go to Rent-A-Center

They done us wrong. First thing they said was take it if you don’t like it bring it back and we will resell it. Well we had it 3 weeks hated it and tried to return it and they wouldn’t let us. We ended up having to paying it off upon their request! They cheated us! Bad business!

Was unexpectedly laid off which has been very stressful the last few days and had to unfortunately relinquish items. I called to schedule time for pickup and was explained my situation and all I here is a sigh followed by "all of it"?. I'm sorry that my unfortunate circumstances have inconvenienced you. I'll do my best in the future to see into the future so I can expect these things.

I'm doing the Rent to own for a laptop at this location. No one answers calls and when they do, they hang up on you. They also want to wipe your computer for a fan issue.. Not worth it. Be warned. Will NOT use again. The insurance I purchased with it was a joke.

They send you junk appliances and have terrible rude employees. They send one guy to bring the appliances and they literally just throw the old one out the door and bust up your house as they go. Do not go through them. They will treat you like a scam artist and then send you bad appliances. Then for almost 100 dollars a month you get busted up washer and dryer that doesn't work half the time and more problems then you asked for.. so to add to it, the washer was junk and needed replaced, it took over a week for them to even bring a loaner and as the one guy is doing all the work trying to get the junk one out the woman who came is yelling outside my house so loud and making a big scene at some people who live nearby. I can't believe they hire people like these and send them to people's homes. Do not go here unless you want months of problems and stress. Rick the older man is the only worker they have that's worthy. He is the only one who is respectable and tries to fix any issues. Everyone else just lies to you and causes problems. Latonya or whatever her name is always answers the phone and everything you ask she doesn't know the answer, lies and won't let you speak to anyone who actually would help. We keep getting replacement stuff but it always goes out before a month or two is even up but if you forget to run to Arron's to pay in the morning they will pound the hell out of your door like you were trying to skip out on paying. From the start the act like you are out to scan them but you end up getting scammed. I will continue to add to this until the store is cleaned up and cleaned out. They won't fire people because they don't have enough workers but don't let Bobby bring anything to your house, you will get it not working and he will throw your old stuff out the door and bust it up more looking like you did all the damages. The way this place is ran is so bad off.
