I went in to give a police report as the manager michelle asked about stolen merchandise that was taken from me . As I entered the store another manager took the papers I tried to explain I mean I tried he didn't even take the knowledge of me letting him know what's going on besides telling me it's not really his concern that I'll be held reliable for the merchandise. HE DIDNT EVEN BOTHER. to ask what it was about nor about my account . He just told me in my face I'm still responsible. And then told me for the police report because I asked him for a copy he told me THEY DONT HAVE COPIERS OR PRINTERS IN THE STORE LIKE WHAT ! i been with rent 2 own for a couple years now . I WAS DOING WHAT THE BIG BOSS MICHELLE TOLD ME TO DO .

At first, they were awesome. We had just moved to the area, and they gave us a tool kit to help with the moving. However, we had a little budget and asked them to stay within that guideline. They knew what we could afford and still roped us into more then we needed saying if we paid certain things off quickly it would be one price, but when everything was said and done, it ended up costing 3xs the price discussed. They constantly call and harass even when your paid up and constantly run my bank card for any amount they please! When confronted they say it's for the next weeks payment. This place is a scam! I returned the furniture I had paid hundreds of dollars for because I was done with the harassment. I am contacting the Ohio attorney general over my experience. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from these crooks! ALSO CRISTI AND NICK ARE THE ABSOLUTE WORST OF THEM ALL!!

Tried telling me my account was 9 days past due remind y’all my last phone bill was September 24th and we paid it on the 30th of September.. then it was due on the 7th, make that make sense because that’s not even 14 days. My account is 6 day past due not 9, and this is exactly what they did when the worker “nick” said that they’d have to receive payment before the could process a “promised pay” DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE! Nick is a joke, disrespectful, and everything. Will call you constantly while you are currently at work, called my phone 4 times before I responded and did not give me a chance to explain why I did not answer the other 3 times. Very disrespectful and will not be coming back here. Like I said do not purchase/ rent from them!
