Very good service. Good decent quality furniture. Paid off my payment fully of 2 years and they were very understanding about my payment plan with doing monthly payments instead of bi-weekly. I will definitely rent from them again in the future.

Rented over phone exclusively due to medical issues at home. Beautiful experience and interaction with Mia .She got me what I needed and delivering today. Give that women a raise.

My payment was due five days ago. FIVE days ago. My husband is currently hospitalized. I called to tell them what was going on and that I am trying my best to get them paid. I was told I can make a two week payment or they can come get the furniture…THREE DAYS BEFORE CHRISTMAS. When we spoke no one even said anything along the lines of “I hope he’s okay!” They literally just said they’d come get it if I couldn’t pay a two week payment by Friday and hung up. I will continue to use them because I have no choice but after this never again. I am so disappointed. No one genuinely cares about other people anymore.

Moved from NH noticed a little bit of a price difference, HOWEVER have had no problems here. Great customer service and they're willing to work with you if you can't get a payment on time. Always very friendly when going in to pay the bill. And if you're new to renting furniture/electronics or appliances there's no need to have credit, unlike Aaron's. They will work with you & see to it your satisfaction needs are met. I definitely recommend this location. 👌 The main two ladies always working when I go in are very informative & will go out of the way to see to it you get the product or similar to the product you want. 👍
