Went to order a few things from them and cancelled 2 days after I ordered because I had planned on paying cash value, found out that they were selling them for over 3x the value they were to buy brand new. I ended up purchasing the top of the line appliances from Lowe's that were still half the price as buying from Aaron's standard appliances, Even though I cancelled WEEKS ago and they weren't even scheduled to be out at my house to bring them till a week after I called to cancel and they had said it was taken care of they are still calling me about a first payment! This is now the 4th time I have spoken with them about having my order cancelled with the previous 3 times saying it was taken care of. They are very friendly until you try to cancel 10 out of 10 do not recommend please try anywhere else before getting screwed over by this company.

Responded to an ad on Facebook marketplace. Great communication up front. Setup a time for me to come get it . I drove 40 minutes one way to get the table and stools only to find out they sold it to someone else. They they blocked me on Facebook so I couldn’t leave a negative review. Avoid this place.

Never been so disrespected after everything I've purchased they couldn't even make deal for a mower when I needed a new one. I was willing to put 20 down until next pay but they didn't want to. I can't get no deal on any seasonal or electronics even though I bought thousands of dollars worth of merchandise. A faithful customer turned away. Sad part is I just my last item leased through you and will not be shopping here again.

Staff was very friendly at first. I paid them more than a month's rent on a Switch. When I returned it, they refused to return the almost $100 I was owed. Make sure you don't pay early or more than a month. Give them a card that won't work, so that they have to call you to get payment. They were disgusting when I went to return it, then lied about the manager being there.

I've always been treated very well. They were flexible and found deals that worked for us didn't try to over sell. They were very understanding when we hit a rough patch and worked with us until we got through it. Great communication and excellent service I highly recommend this guys if you're on a budget and need to make payments to buy new items
