Williston North Dakota needs to get a new manager as she is unprofessional does not return people’s calls. when we had stuff to be delivered I had to bring in house and hook up my self. Do to her the managers unprofessional tactics we returned items and to be vindictive she blocked us so other stores who are professional can’t do business with us. This manager refuses to return call to communicate, talks smack in background while a non manager play’s relay. I have been with RAC many years at Billings location and given then thousands of dollars and never had as much problems with unprofessional incompetent management. now sadly advocation is needed as this managers management ability is crap. Don't go to this store and do business with them are you will feel regretful after her unprofessional cocky lack of any edicicy shows her face like she has in many other reviews. Corporate must not care she is running business into ground as all the reviews and her still there lacking accountability and continuing to ruin RAC.
Wouldn’t recommend buying furniture here. Manager will blow you off with any issue. Ordered replacement cushions over a year ago and have gone without so I had to purchase from a different store a new couch. While still paying for this set of couches from them. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!
Harassment from this store about a customer I don't even know, even after I told them I didn't know that person they keep leaving messages trying to contact them.
The mattress purchased didn’t fit the bed and we were told that’s how it was suppose to be- a huge gap around entire bed. I sent pictures of the 3 inch gap around the entire mattress and was told this was normal- ummmm no. They also used Sheetrock screws and I had to replace several that were popping out bc they were the wrong type. When he came to take bed apart he said yeah- we very rarely have screws that are correct—- After returning bed due to this reason we were still charged and had to wait several days to be refunded. Just paid off the mattress and have been being charged for an extended warranty. Called to see what this charge was- new employee never told me ab charge so they canceled it but won’t even refund me. Said I should have caught it sooner… what? I should have caught something your “New Employee ” neglected to tell me and you won’t give me my money back? Always trying to scam more money off you! Why should I have to check my bank account everyday for ppl trying to sneak in and grab more money? We will NOT be back after all this!
I would be delighted to share my experience with this establishment! 😊 This place is absolute garbage, without a doubt horrible customer service and I’ll never be back after my table is paid off! First off I was enrolled in a optional “Benefits Plus Membership”. I was never informed of this when we had originally made the deal, and once I had realized I was paying an extra $6 I had called to have it removed. That was when I was rudely informed that it was mandatory for it to apply it to EVERY new lease. After I had informed the gal to remove it that it is an optional add-on, she became very rude about it. I was then informed that if I can’t make a payment on my lease that they couldn’t help me. 😂 Now for the reason for me leaving this review today! I will admit we weren’t able to make our payment last week because my daughter had a very important doctors appointment. So when we had informed them last week that we wouldn’t be able to make a payment till the following week, my husband received some attitude. Well for some reason their website isn’t set up to where you can schedule a payment date and I had completely forgot to make my payment. However the Manager called my husband today, and was a complete nasty witch to him. Like it was outstanding how this women still has a job on how she speaks to customers. I am completely shocked, as I’ve been in customer service since I was 16 and have never spoken or treated anyone the same way this lady had (and I’ve dealt with some nasty people). I would honestly suggest you to either go elsewhere, or do your darnedest to save the money and buy your wanted items outright. You will be treated very poorly by the management here, with absolutely no sympathy or compassion! I will never do business here again!!
