I have always loved Rent A Center they are so much Better than Aarons they take care of there people I just paid off two of my items this month an they are always nice an very sweet I will always stick with Rent A Center

I am very unhappy with my recent experience with rent a center. I had previously rented from them with no issue, however, this time the process went completet upside down. They made a huge mistake on their end that they never attempted to resolve. Instead they tried to make ME pay for it or surrender the product. I ended up surrendering it because it was not worth it to deal with irresponsible people.

Never called to set up my original delivery date but then called expecting me to pay for something I haven’t received yet, they apologized upon finding out I still haven’t received my couch and we got a date and time set up (today). They never showed up so I called to find out that their driver never showed up, WHICH IS FINE but I just wasted my entire afternoon on my only day off waiting when they simply could’ve called me. They’re waiving my payments until next week which was nice but until I receive the couch I will be keeping my review at one star.

I have bought few things through here and normally before had no issues until this year. I got a couch from here and was told my payment was not made even though I set up auto pay. When they called they said they were going to come and get it even though I had the money to make the payment. After some heated conversation we worked on getting it set up AGAIN on autopay. 2 weeks go by and I get a call again that the payment is not made. They managed to mess up auto pay again and wanted a payment. Not an issue because the money is there. However I requested that they come and get the furniture because obviously they can not manage something as simple as setting up auto pay and are very rude when they call. On this note I have gotten multiple items from this location in the past and have always paid it off in no more than 4 months. So I wish others good luck but my experience with them this time and their management is a 2 star experience and will never go through them again.

The new manager is amazing she gets that people have problems and her staff is understanding and compassionate. All they expect is for you to pay on time and they have zero reasons to call. You sign an agreement that states when your do if you like your product pay for it and when you run into a catch in life they take care of you. Love love love them. Have spent thousands of dollars with them and always know my same as cash price.
