Young man who helped me get my first brand new washing machine was thoughtful and thorough. The two young gentlemen who delivered my washing machine removed my old, broken washing machine and dryer, engaged me in casual conversation, were extremely professional while remaining personable, approachable and very sweet! I will definitely be getting my dryer from them when I pay my washing machine off!
My experience with Aarons in Zebulon was by far the best. Scott was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable about everything I inquired about. When I changed my mind about a bed I chose, he was more than happy to assist me with my other choice. I left more than satisfied with my choice. I would advise anyone looking for great service to visit Aarons in Zebulon.
Great selection, I came in overwhelmed and Scott was very helpful. He was knowledgeable about possible options that would fit my wallet and Shae helped me find something that matched my style. I was worried I talked their ears off, but they were both very patient with me and my special needs kids. I didn't expect such great shopping experience from this small store.
I have been wit Aaron's specifically the one in Zebulon. I fell on some extremely hard times , backed up on my payments to for months and the manager Scott who is so kind and reasonable worked with me in the best of ways, never beat my door down or ring my phone off the hook. I went in today to start a renewal contract which not only allows me to pay if my merchandise in a timely fashion which will sky rocket my credit score!!!! I don't know about the other locations but Zebulon Aaron's will always be home for me. Thank you Scott for your patience and I. Give this man a raise💖💖💖💖
