If I could give negative stars I most certainly would. The Sylva location of Aarons is the absolute worst experience I have had to deal with. Last year I purchased a portable dishwasher. When the dishwasher was delivered it was left sitting in the middle of my kitchen floor, they did not install the wheels or anything just left it there. I called the store to have them send a member out to fix this issue. I was told it would be the next day. Then I have been trying to return this dishwasher for over a month now and am having the worst, most rude not wanting to pick up at a time or day that is convenient for me. When I asked to reschedule was told NO by the manager.
Took home NEW couch just to have roaches infest my place Aaron’s won’t for the exterminator they making money off backs of poor people and the manager need some recertification classes in respect
Wow, I am so beyond thankful and grateful for the crew at Aaron’s! Sadly the fridge we had wasn’t working so we went to Aaron’s and was immediately helped and got a fridge from you all. Alllly you the bomb I love yall!!
So I started my renting journey from aarons about this time last year. I rented a refrigerator. Was told by manager John if I missed a payment or needed help just let them know and they would be glad to assist. Well a year later ( today) I ran into a hardship, I'll spare the details... I asked for a deferral, and was screamed at and told absolutely no deferrals. So buy the next month I was unable to make my payment, without so much as a phone call the manager john khashan filed a small claims lawsuit agains me for more than the amount left owed in full and I had only missed 1 payment. Buyer beware, these people lie and will not help you. If this is the way aarons does business then I will not be leasing anything from them ever again. Save your money, because renting from these people can land you in a world of shit if you fall on hard times..
