Myra is the best the ladies really took care of me and I love Scott too he’s such an sweetheart but Myra is top tier her customer service is on point and she’s always pleasant and positive and polite to me and she always gets the job done she’s amazing she’s needs a raise like seriously and the new girl is following right in Myra foot steps awesome ladies!!!!!!

I have been a customer of theirs for the last 6 years. I had been trying to get them to come out to repair my washer and dryer since the beginning of this year. In July they came out and took photos and said they would be in touch. Never heard from them. I even have the additional repair plan insurance which covers all repairs. I finally had to file a complaint with their main office. I haven't heard from them either. Everytime I call the local store until that Scott is at lunch. He must have quite a boss to let him be at lunch for the entire afternoon everytime I call.

Great products and awesome staff!! Delivery is always on time...the young man we had who delivered our dryer was exceptional...very kind and respectful.... good job Aaron's

I love Aaron's. The employees are like family to me. I've been with Aaron's for many years. The employees are so amazing!!!! The store is always absolutely clean and organized. Love Aaron's!!!!

We just had a washer and dryer delivered from Aarons. I was absolutely shocked that they were delivered to my porch and left in the boxes. How are people without a dolly supposed to get them inside their home? What do I do with all this extra cardboard and especially the Styrofoam? I leased a fridge from Aarons years ago and it was not only delivered INSIDE where it was going, but was also "set up" before the drivers left. Guess things have changed in the last decade.
