Deeply Disappointed with Unprofessional Conduct and Lack of Transparency As long-standing, reliable customers of Rent-A-Center in Reidsville, NC, we are extremely disappointed with the recent decline in professionalism and customer care. Despite consistently making timely payments and honoring our end of the agreement, we were recently subjected to an unexpected and unjustified charge for an optional add-on feature—a service that is not mandatory, yet we were told we must pay for it regardless. When we inquired about the charge and requested clarification, the response from the staff was unacceptably rude and dismissive. Rather than addressing our concerns with courtesy or offering any meaningful explanation, we were abruptly told to return the merchandise if we did not agree with the charge. This kind of treatment is not only unprofessional but also deeply disrespectful, especially toward customers who makes their payments. We expect transparency, honesty, and respect—not a dismissive attitude and vague justifications like “we told you about it.” Based on this experience, we are seriously reconsidering any future business with this location. Rent-A-Center must improve its customer service standards and ensure that all additional charges are clearly explained and truly optional—not forced upon customers without consent.

The employees are great very friendly it was great talking to everyone. The store was a welcoming environment, I would be sure to come back again and also tell other people to check out the store also.

His willingness to address all questions, concerns and/or inquiries is exceptional. He was very patient and knowledgeable. His attention to detail and addressing the customers' needs is very helpful and welcoming to the customers overall experience. Our family is very thankful and happy with our selection! I have been to several Rent A Centers and this store tops them all! Such a clean and welcoming business. I was welcomed the instant I walked in. The manager, Travis, was so helpful and made me feel comfortable with each process. Keep up the awesome business.
