They are a rip off, if you are not checking your payments you may be paying more than what you suppose to. Called few times and I keep hearing I have 8 payments left now itβs October 31st 7 payments made and I am hearing I have 5 payments left. Then the manager who I last spoke to about this which told me 8 payments left going to say something different now. Total scam

They're very helpful and respectful they will work with you if you work with them you know when I need something they're always there they go over and Beyond to make sure the product is what you wanted they go over and Beyond to make sure they can get it to you as quick as they can
Jus laeft this aarons was greated by a stuck up manager and was rushed out of the store. My husband walked in in front of me and ahe told him that he had to put a ton of money down on what he wanted and refused to even try to run his app. That makes no sense. I walked in to ask y when i called earlier i was told that the 5 dollars to sta start with still going on yet you're trying to charge my husband a boatload of money. She proceeded to tell me that he's got mad threw his hands up and walked out I was sitting outside the store no he did not. She then proceeded to down me and speak to me as if I were a five-year-old child telling me that how does she know us why would we she try to help us and that they don't even have one in stock and I just told her if you're going to talk to me like I'm 5 years old I will leave the store and go to another one she said okay get out this was at 7:15 p.m. at the Oxford NC Store on September 13th
I am baffled dumbfounded and utterly amazed by the rudeness, bad attitude and shadiness of the Aarons in Oxford. My experience with them is the worse by far of any customer service in my life. I have been an adult for 36 years. I have lived in several states and regions. I have even served in the military. Their rudeness and their attitude towards me as a customer rates as worse. Rented furniture from them for almost a year. Had to return it. They made it hard at first for me to return it. Made me pay an extra two weeks. I did. Now they want more money, so they are saying, its damaged. My thing is , I rented the furniture for a year. It wont be new. So take it back. Its yours. And what they are saying is damaged is a box spring. Companies basically give away box springs with a mattress. A good one cost maybe 60 dollars. They are threatening me and just trying anything to get more money. They have even started calling and harrasing my relatives, even though I will answer anytime they call. My advice is that you run and never rent anything from them. I don't write reviews and rarely even complain. Their attitude towards me is just bad business
