Rent‑A‑Center knowingly and willingly put the wrong tires on my work vehicle, and as a result my only work vehicle has now been out of commission for almost three months. Instead of correcting their mistake, they are demanding that I pay for the wrong tires first before they will even consider giving me the correct ones because quote un quote " they are in my possession". They have ignored my calls, ignored my emails, and refused to take responsibility for the damage and lost income this has caused. I’ve had no choice but to escalate this to the corporate level because the local store and management will not respond or resolve anything. This situation has cost me time, money, and the ability to work — all because Rent‑A‑Center failed to provide the correct equipment and then refused to fix their own error. I want people to know exactly how they treat customers so no one else ends up in this position.
The manager is absolutely useless, after I ordered a very specific tire for my van the tire shop put the wrong ones on, her response to the accident was that I would have to pay for those tires before getting the correct tires. LOL. So I called corporate, they instructed her to replace my tires with the correct tires, now she will not answer the phone or call me back she is completely ignoring my calls ,after making repeated attempts to get the tires replaced she will not communicate with me, she did have enough nerve to send me a bill for the incorrect item.
Mitch was so helpful and resolving an issue that was caused by another store. He was patient, listened to the issue created and was able to come up with a solution that we could work and accept until the correct pieces of furniture are able to come in. So glad he was willing to listen and help us out in this situation. I wanted to add to this review..... Mo the general manager of the store was amazing when I called in a panic of needing a washer and dryer immediately. She was able to get it done over the phone, electronically signature take my payment as well as even deliver it on the same day. I obviously that can't always happen. Shout out to a great team.
Jay is always so nice and such a sweet young man. He consistently provides the most unique and amazing customer service. Because of him, I continue renting furniture. He truly represents the company with excellence.
They called me a liar in a text because they forgot to set me up for Bi weekly. But they got my wife’s account done right and we both told them we need it to be set to come out the same day every other week. And now they’re running their mouths to me lol it’s wild.
