The biggest joke of a place I've ever been too, Poor communication and forget about refunds. You better sign a contract before even speaking to them or you'll be out of 100's of dollars

Put a down deposit and was promised to have the product before christmas as it was going to be a christmas present for my husband. A month later still gave us the run around for when it would be there, proceeded to bill us even though we didn't receive the product. Come to find out they switched the plan on us and they came back saying we would be paying 1000 dollars over the actual cost. Declined the offer and requested our money back, then told us the down deposit wasn't refundable, which was not told straight forward and we are still waiting on our refund. This is not a good place to go through. Whatever it is, save up and go somewhere else. Poor management and poor communication.

This store I wouldn't recommend it to anyone I wouldn't even rate a 1 star but I have to give them something this store don't have the best sales person or manager derrell here lies to me about a ring we order and they lie Everytime we call asking the ring we order always got some kinda lies he have lie to is about 4 months straight and they cancell my order without asking me and say I cancell was the one who cancell the order I would never come back to this store as long as I live here

Literally the worst experience ever. They call and give you a day they will deliver and a time range, we make sure we were home they call way past the times and make up some excuse and tell you they will come the next day. And have pushed us off for over 3 days. Will not do any other business with them. And the fridge they delivered had bugs all in the freezer and was missing shelves on fridge side and drawers on both sides.

I have dealt with the Morganton company for about 2 years now and love them!! They always answer my questions and always so nice whether you go into the store or call over the phone. If you have issues just call and they will help you figure it out!!! Will continue to do business with them!
