Great place to rebuild credit and if you can't make payments just return merchandise and it doesn't go against you. Friendly staff
We have been customers over a year now and whenever we have a speed bump in life they always help us figure out a way to keep our account right and us happy.
Since they have brought in this new staff, this store is wonderful. The manager, Selita, is very helpful and nice, the salesgirls are knowledgeable, and out of the way helpful. Great experience!
A large family and disability income doesn't always mean comfortable and sometimes means doing without all but bare necessities but the manager has twice helped me obtain things that I would never have been able to provide my family. My mother lost her favorite spiritual channel when we moved back to Marion and at almost 80 was fighting a brave battle with small cell lung cancer....and the manager helped not only to replace a television that had went out so my kids could have one but an affordable new smart tv for my mom that made her last 6 months more bearable as she had Jimmy Swaggart almost all day every day again. I got way more than I expected for the same monthly payment I was already planning to make,. Helping people with poor credit and in an area having a huge poverty level and in constant economic decline..... I feel the honest and caring way this store is managed is rare,..... Yes they will come get your stuff if you don't pay, its the only way they can help people who can't buy on time items they need or want..... Thanks guys and especially as I sat by my mother as she triumphed and then lost her battle... I felt better being able to give my mother her favorite channels back and at the same time gift her (what waa to us) a luxury item.
