The "Manager" Chris was absolutely horrible to try to work with. Completely unprofessional. I have been renting from this store for years. Down to earth, super nice people until now. I have never been yelled at and spoke to the way this person spoke to me. Shame on you Aarons for allowing this type of behavior to continue. He is burning bridges between you and your most loyal customers.
Would like to say Thank you!! To Tony & Webb they delivered my washer and dryer they have to be the sweetest individuals always pleasant and very professional they've delivered items in the past attitudes are always the same just like two old friends I've known for years they make going into Aaron's worth it Thanks you two🙂
Came in over the weekend, told the gentleman that I have spoken with one of the lady the following weekend and was there to purchase a bed frame they have in the back that is brand new but they don't have on their show room floor due to being out of stock for a long while. He seemed to get frustrated and was complaining that he thinks that it is in the very back and hard to get too. When I didn't say anything he then proceeded to ask if I planned on getting it today and I stated yes I brought my truck. He then asked even more frustrated and stated well you do know the price don't you, (making it as if the price would be an issue) I replied with yes I will be paying in full. The whole process toke a long time just for him to even do the computer work for me to be able to pay. I have purchased from this store many of time cause I like to support my little town. This time how ever was very welcoming and made me feel as if money/price would be an issue, and that I was a burden to him. When I first got there I had to walk all the way to the back of the store where the tvs and appliances are to before I even was spoken to and before he even came out of the office.
I had the BEST EXPERIENCE with Shawn (SM) . She was very professional while being an awesome individual!. I would definitely recommend the Madison NC store to anyone that needs their service. Also the delivery guy , Webb was very professional as well. He went above and beyond his job description to assist me. I love my new TV!
Love how friendly the staff are and very helpful. I have been here many times and the store is great. I took out the rewards program and it really does help to have it. I had to have a hip replacement done and the rewards program paid my account up for me till next year. I would highly recommend the rewards program
