Came to the store to submit a payment on furniture bill the store was locked. But they quick to call talking about a missed payment & want to charge a $5 dallor late fee! ☹️

Rent-A-Center in Knightdale is the absolute best customer service number one. They are very attentive to your request and needs! They listen to you and explain the complete process! Excellent store kudos for them all Anthony, Cindy the whole entire staff

Great customer service from Store Manager Anthony In Knightdale US HWY 64 East, NC as well as their delivery guy. Super duper excited about my mattress!

I'm not sure why our experience has been any different than others but I can't complain. The staff was super friendly, our washer died and they did everything in their power to get us a new set delivered same day. I called a month or two after the initial agreement date to see if they could help me set up auto pay. As soon as I gave the guy my name he asked me how I was liking having an agitator again (old set didn't have one and hated it) was nice to be remembered. Also super helpful getting online set up. We ❤️ the team at Knightdale.
