Shittiest and most unorganized customer service I have ever had to deal with! Approve you online, take your down payment, give you a delivery date. Then get an email saying delayed shipment the day before delivery. Ok! Understandable. Given a 2nd delivery date of Tuesday. Get a email saying they weren't able to approve us over the weekend and to please call. I called Monday to see what was going on. Told once it came in we would just need to go down to our local store and provide more information. Here we are Friday, no calls all week, shitty customer service saying well we don't see anything in our system maybe next Tuesday. Not acceptable. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
Horrible customer service. I ordered couch/love seat from this Aaron's and selected weekly payments. When I checked out it put me on monthly payments, so called the store. They told me I was out of luck at 1st, then told me if they switched it to weekly, I'd have to make an extra payment. Then the Sales Manager told me if I didn't like how they ran the store, go to Rent-A-Center. So guess what I did. Then the Store Manager called later basically defending the Sales Manager. This store sucks.
Unprofessional & unethical. Followed the proper/proposed down & 1st payment, discussed the exact date of when I get paid, not willing to work with me on the date. Since they wanna harass call, I requested for the item to be picked up....still waiting on the items to be picked up or they're just gonna wait on that payment at the end of the month....like we originally agreed on. I'll never do business with Aaron's again. I'll go to Walmart or Amazon next time
I have only 1 more payment and I talked to an employee about my last payment. I started a new job and that I will not be able to make the payment until the 1st of September. So he says if I can make a half payment for August bye the 15th that I would be able to pay it off on the first. So that's what I done. And these people call me everyday and being very rude. I will never buy anything from them ever again. And I wouldn't refer anyone to get anything from this store!
So I always pay my bill the day of or sooner... I paid last months bill a week before hand. I end up getting charged again at the end of the month... So I call and let them know I get told that they are eimbursing me to give them a few days... 4 days later I still don't have my money back. So I call and ask them what's going on and if I could just pick up the cash, I'm told to call my bank and find out if it's processing or pending... I call my bank and there's nothing pending.... I call them back and I ask to speak with the manager because I keep getting "he said" from the lady in the front... He tells me that he already did it and I should have it tomorrow but if he did it would already show as pending and kept trying to give me the run around and still wouldn't give me cash for there f'up and trying to weasel his way out of it. It is what it is just don't sign up for them to charge your card because they don't pay attention and will charge you again and good luck getting your money back😀 because some how it's your fault once I'm done paying this item off I won't be getting anything else from here.
