If I could give 0 stars I would! JOSE AND ANGELNA IS ABSOLUTELY DISRESPECTFUL AND UNPROFESSIONAL. DO NOT GET YOUR STUFF FROM HERE EVEN IF YOU ARE DESPERATE!
I love Jose and his crew. My schedule is so busy they ALWAYS MEET MY NEEDS AND MAKE SURE ALWAYS COMMUNICATE EVEN THROUGH TEXT. If ANY ISSUE ARISES they have MY BACK ILL BE FOREVER CUSTOMER
Customer service has been fantastic, but I have reservations about the model I selected and will reserve my judgement until I am satisfied with the machine I am purchasing. To update my review, ultimately I was unhappy with the washing machine I was buying. But my sales person, Angelina, was fantastic. I received the best one on one service, she did whatever was necessary to find the machine that was right for me. Best sales experience I've had in years! I need to amend my 5 star rating. I'm docking two stars because I was charged a late fee for being only a single day late and I think that's a pretty lousy way to treat a customer. I happened to be busy that day with a long scheduled cataract surgery. I hadn't forgotten the payment and paid the very next day. Bad business practice.
This is a great place to do rent to own business with. The staff is very nice and really friendly and very helpful with anything you may need. They are like a family and it's great. They have very fast processing and auto draft so you don't have to worry about missing any payments. They are very understanding and will work with you when times get hard. The store manager Jose will always go above and beyond to help make sure you keep your products and will always work with you to make sure you are happy and satisfied. Over all the best place to do business and I highly recommend the Jonesville store. Go check them out you will not be disappointed.
Everyone was so super nice. The salesman, Cameron, so nice and genuinely cares about his customers. The delivery people waited on us because we were running late, and was so careful about bringing in the furniture!! I loved the over all experience with rent a center!
