Washer and dryer malfunctioning took over 3 days to get a temporary replacement and nobody ever contacted me i had to constantly call the store renting something for a high price and also having to deal with problems the staff is very friendly when trying to sell appliances but after you wont even get an apology for the inconvenience so disappointing just will never rent again with RAC too many issues

The associates were/are very attentive. They made sure everything was hooked up nicely and secure. They made sure everything was taken care of in a timely fashion

This place doesn't believe in customer service. Had an area ready for delivery and because the delivery man didn't agree he made me move stuff. When asked to wait a minute he left. I understand tight schedules but by the time I cleared the room he could have had the bed unloaded from the truck.

Unless you feel like getting yelled at for hours for every service, and then some, just go anywhere else. They refused to ship it on time, then they continuously refused to put it together despite us having paid for that service.
