My washer stop working, they gave me the runaround. So finally i had to tell them that i was calling cooperate, so they decided to pick up my washer and do repairs. They brought me a loaner that had not been clean out or anything. I have about had it with them, don't be late they will worry your pants off.

I rented a electric recliner from Aaron's almost two years ago. In the last three months before recliner was to be paid in full the electrical components stopped working and I no longer could use the recliner. I tried getting Aaron's to repair it but they never got it fixed after retrieving the wiring harness from the chair to have it tested. Said it was a vendor issue and they don't use them anymore. My Aaron's membership is trash and didn't do anything to help me even though I pay $5.91 every two weeks. Until recliner stopped working it was a comfortable chair but Aaron's customer service sucks so I stopped paying on the account with $160 remaining

So I bought my son and wife a sectional for Christmas 2022 I have paid my 24 payments and now they say I owe more money that I will not be paying cause I don’t owe any money. I added all my payments up and have a my receipts and my total is exactly what I am supposed to of paid. My other problem it is falling apart Also don’t tell me to email to the experience if Aaron’s cause I already did over a week ago and I haven’t heard from them. And also called them and still couldn’t come up with an answer because they know I am right. DON’T SHOP AT GOLDSBORO, NC store they will try to rip you off.

My wife and I got a great deal on a sofa that was on clearance! We love it, and Diana was very helpful and made our purchase a delight!!!

Aaron’s is a pretty good place to use when u don’t have the money to buy straight out… my couch set is wonderful and when my chairs were loose they sent someone right out to adjust them!!
