The manager Billy was very professional And very Patient with me because, I recently received chemotherapy and I often forget and donβt understand things, He explained everything Sometimes two or three times if I asked him the same question lol.. I truly appreciate that !!
I wouldn't recommend them to anyone unless you absolutely have to use them they don't like to work with people when a issue arises if you're lucky maybe once as long as long as you have the so called extra coverage protection which is pretty useless it doesn't matter if you never been late or anything,so what's the point of calling trying to work out something as they ask you to do when you get it if there isn't nothing to be worked out,so if at all possible try saving yourself the heartache and sorrow when you have something come up try marketplace or a repair center they can help you,we are looking into that route ourselves, our payment is due tomorrow but idk since we are short so it looks like they will be coming to get it, however I give everyone a opportunity so if something changes I will gladly give more stars and write a positive review if something changes.Well wife made the payment today and of course it's higher than supposed to be and it would have been on time if the account was fixed online to where I could pay it would have be nice,we consumers get pretty much, they called her back and said that they messed around with the account and whatever and wouldn't be Xtra next one when we got a record of what it is for the last 3 months and we pay weekly so but if the are going to bark over a few pennies being short I told my wife just keep what she had and the could come and get it.
The process was so easy!!! I am 6 months pregnant with twins and to not have to go into a store or even speak with anyone physically was actually amazing. I was able to complete everything through text and online! And they went above and beyond to get the items I wanted and set delivery up fast. Great experience!
Lordt just buy your furniture out right... I requested a new bed but was sent used furniture.... had a terrible experience with the local staff ... seriously not worth the hassle. The workers spent over 2.5 hours setting up our furniture to the point everyone fell asleep lol but when my husband called them to retrieve it it literally took them less than 30 minutes to tear down everything and be on their way! If you have no other options then do what you gotta do but be warned, they will bug the mess out of you .. Save yourself the worry and stress of dealing with incompetent "customer service workers " and buy the furniture yourself.. you can get the same thing from Walmart or wayfair for nearly half the price RAC charges! $130/month vs $600+ one time payment π³π€¦π»ββοΈ lol not worth it.
Wow is all I can say Billy the manager is amazing he's very good at his job and always tries to help you out. Craig the Assistant manager is just as good with these 2 guys there I urge you to go visit for home needs.
