If negative stars were a thing, this center would get them. The rudest, most condescending, harassing employees I’ve ever dealt with. If your payment is late by even 1 day, they call all day long with threatening voicemails and texts. Their attitudes are horrendous. When I’m done with this lease, I will NEVER use them again. The whole store needs to be wiped out and re-staffed because there is ZERO customer service ability.
Affordable prices, friendly staff. My 4 year old son told me today that he wants to be a Rent-a-center employee. Aaron's simply cannot compare to Rent-a-center!
One of the members to the team took my order but never put it in the system which means on the day I was supposed to be delivered I wasn't going to be. However, on the day of delivery Veronica answered the phone and between her making sure the contract went through. Not only did they do that but Corey also made an immediate trip to their storage unit to find the sectional just to be able to deliver it to me on time.
I still have yet to get my washer I paid on 7/31/24 no one never reached out I’ve been calling first the machine want at store then they sent text said it would be delivered no one showed up called and they gave 3 different times no one showed called a day later and now delivery on hold until they get ok from store which is totally unfair when I pay weekly
I wish I better things to say about this location but the attitude of the people here with the exception of one employee is absolutely horrible. They give every excuse in the book. Won’t apologize for anything even when it’s their fault. Then they charge a card you told them to take off file. And still no apology. I regret transferring my account to this store. Will NEVER buy from this store again.
