Rent-A-Center

I’ve been renting from Rent-A-Center for nearly a year, always paid my payments and insurance on time, and expected the company to stand behind their products and promises. Unfortunately, that hasn’t been my experience. When I first signed my contract, I was told my item would be new, but it clearly wasn’t. Over time, the item kept breaking, and instead of replacing it, Rent-A-Center repeatedly sent someone out to patch it up. Even after explaining my concerns to the manager, Andrea, nothing was truly resolved. She mentioned they could give me another used one, but that defeats the purpose — why would I want another item that might break again? What’s even more disappointing is that after almost having the item paid off, they still couldn’t order me a new replacement or offer a real solution. It feels like they don’t value loyal, on-time-paying customers at all. Overall, I’m very upset with how this company operates. You can pay your insurance and keep up with every payment, but it doesn’t seem to matter. If your item breaks, expect a long and frustrating process with little accountability or care. Bottom line: I would not recommend renting from Rent-A-Center. You’ll likely waste money, time, and patience, only to end up with poor-quality products and unhelpful customer service.

Rent a center stuff is good as long as you’re renting it , but once it’s paid off and it break all hell gone break loose. I put an order in April to get my washer fixed because it’s not draining the water completely and here it is middle of August and they keep giving me the run around . Told me they was gone send somebody one day I call to see where they was and now it’s they not coming cause they waiting on a ticket . Andrea did send her dad to look to at which is good but that didn’t solve my issue .

I’ve always had a excellent time coming in the store. The staff is like extended family to me. Never had bad products from here. Love them!!

Good people, good prices. Staff takes the time to listen to what the customer says. Just great all around. And the delivery service ❤️ was excellent. Will tell more people about Rent_A_Center.

I have been a customer at the Rent-A-Center in Clinton NC for many many years now and I have enjoyed the experience that I have had with all the staff there. I will continue to be a loyal customer to the company, because everyone that I have been in contact with through the company has always treated me with respect and have shown me so much kindness and I really appreciate everything that they have done in the past and the present for me.
