I can not say enough about the 1065 Patton Ave location!!!! I went into the store tonight 20 minutes before closing. I needed a laptop very quickly for work. I had went to the RAC down the street before this and it was very apparent tge employees could care less about helping me and just wanted me gone. But not this Rent a Center. The manager David was in the store and he went above and beyond to research the issue with my online order and fix it. Davids customer service wad honestly the best i have encountered in any RAC EVER. My husband and i were so impressed we ended up placing multiple orders . Despite the fact the laptop i wanted was not in stock David placed the order and made sure i left with a loaner. Even though the store had technically closed an hour ago you wouldnt have known it by the way were taken care of . Candy also helped us and went above and beyond to make sure i got what i needed. This store is under nee management and i know the will go places. I just cant say enough postive things. 5 stars isnt enough. I will never go to another RAC. This store is it !!!!!!
Steven the store manager is Amazing!!!! He knows how to treat his customers great customer service!!!! He went above and beyond for me and his help was Greatly apperciated!!!!!!!!!!!
I bought a washer and dryer set on Memorial Day, which everything was half price, a sell that they were running. I was told it was going to be a new washer and dryer set. Along with their computer system was down so they couldn't give me a copy of my contract. So all the documents I did was done on my phone prior to getting there. After discussing with management that this wasn't a new set he told me it was a mistake because he was dealing with one of the managers that was making harassment phone calls at all times 6:00 in the morning. Even when the operation was closed. The manager called after seeing a review i posted and said when he got a new washer and dryer or something similar he would replace my washer and dryer and that was over a month ago. After reviewing my contract I noticed that the washer contract said it was used. Theres a few mistakes the contract states that it's paid off in April the hard copy that they gave me at the store says it'll be paid off in February. There's a lot of issues with this location. And it's not professional. Back and forth conversation with management said it going to be a new set but then slide this in. Im still waiting back on a phone call about my replacement.
I have been trying to get my cushions replaced on my sectional. I contacted them 3 months ago to start this process. I have spoken Brandon, Ashley, Christine (DM) until today I spoke Terri who is filling in as manager. I am actually looking at 6 months ago. I have 4 accounts with them. I would very much to have this matter handled in a timely matter . When I spoke to Terri today she had absolutely no idea that this was an issue. Rent A Center kept no notes. Corporate Rent A Center please give some suggestions as soon as possible. Ty
Very informal business practices and when you receive items you need to test or examine it because you will get the base minimum with no boxes or fanfare so just be prepared for the prices and if you can make payments. It's a decent credit free option.
