Bad management harass you too much they charge extra when they come with the truck when you don’t even ask them to come and you know your pay period don’t always be the exact time when the payment is due. I wasn’t even a month behind so I told him to come and get the furniture because they came with the truck and they was gonna charge me extra to slove it all I told them to come and pick it up if you know what I know save yourself a headache

I cant complain. I had issues with my laptop and took it in store it took 5min or less and I didn't loose my work. Thanks guys and Crystal 😇🙏🫶

I had a wonderful experience at Aaron's in Aberdeen. I had the pleasure of speaking with the manager, Brad. He is a really nice guy and a great salesman. I am sure that all of Aaron's employees at the Aberdeen location are just as nice as Brad.

I always feel welcome when I go in this store. The staff are always greeting me & my husband as soon as we step in the store. Brad is one of the workers there he is the managers & he is so nice & he always tries to get us the best deals he can offer, when he tells me something I believe him the lady that works there has long nails I cant think of her name but she is so sweet I luv to see her and Brad because I know when I get something or if I'm just making a payment that I'm in good hands with Aaron's🙌. Lol.. not Allstate 😜 just joking Allstate dont bust up & want to sue me🤔😁😁👍

Staff is great for the most part; up until this point was happy with my experience. Sent my fridge back to be repaired and was told that if it was going to take forever to fix it that a new fridge would be given to me so I'm not inconvenienced, instead I'm given a loaner fridge that had a broken water intake underneath it a busted drawer and was given to me filthy. Was left with the fridge for nearly 8 weeks before getting my fridge back. When I got my fridge back it was returned to me filthy and nothing was fixed on it. When I call to ask about it the person I spoke to had an attitude with me from the start and wanted to call me a liar and tell me that the fridge was returned the way it was sent to them. The customer service personnel are great but one of the maintenance guys is a liar and rude when proven wrong. The store is pretty good but if anything is needed to be fixed it seems there's a chance it won't be fixed.
