Love Aarons in my neighborhood ive bought al my furniture and appliances from them no problem and when I have a problem they always work with me dnt let one customer service representative mess it up for them all...

The manager is by far the rudest person I have ever met she talks to you like your beneath her and she's better than anyone that walks in there she is very unprofessional and when you call she won't give you the information that you need don't understand how she is still the manager

Management is horrible rude and unprofessional and don't know how to talk to customers soon she won't have a job to be talking to people the way she does very unprofessional get a job u love not hate cause ur being rude to every customer u talk to /aislin/boss in the los lunas arrons is no good don't recommend on going here

DO. NOT. BUY. FROM. HERE. Its now worth it. They send you running in circles. We didnt even get out item and had them “cancel” everything. Only for them to continuously call us because they didnt cancel it and they request payment for an item we didnt receive. They also took the $25 payment from my account. And then claimed they didnt. And i had to dispute the charge because they wouldnt refund it. What a joke. I went with a different company and they were so much simpler.
