The plug in my new dryer did not fit into the socket in my new house so this store gave me the correct plug. I installed it into my dryer. It was pretty self explanatory. I’ve done it before. It was easy but the moment I plugged it in, it blew my dryer and now they want me to pay for the entire dryer even though it was their defective cord that fried my machine. I tried working with them but the store manager told me to take a hike so I guess now I’m just going to purchase one at Home Depot and Aarons is not going to get paid. Karma’s hard!

I'm not a customer but a vendor I do building repairs for various companies and I see the behind the scenes views of employees and I can say these fine folks here are a cut above they go out of their way to assist people and don't get the recognition they deserve they also get the lashing they don't deserve, so when you go visit them keep in mind they are humans and I am positive they will show you the same respect without a doubt! This is my honest review I don't post reviews that aren't true I do post about negativity in people! Unbiased as I said I'm not even a customer!

They had this sectional listed on Facebook and I went to the store located on Maryland told them I wanted it but needed it delivered they charge a fee but it was worth paying. It was supposed to be delivered yesterday but an emergency come up they promised this morning and even called me to make sure I was home. Thanks Everyone at Aaron's love the sectional

They double charge watch your bank account closely when they are gonna draw money out.if you order something make it a point to call everyday or it will never get delivered. They charge random fees and change your payment dates so you will have to pay the late fees. If you get double charged better be ready to wait forever to get it back. I got charged twice called everyday and its been almost an entire month and still no refund. They talk a good game but they dont follow through with action just words.

They have a great selection, the ladys are very helpful went to few competitors b4 was left wondering why I bothered. They found exactly what I was looking for had it brought from another store. Explained everything completely answered all my questions with smiles. If your in need go see what they can do for you. Thank you ladys we will come to yall first from now on.
