You always hear horror stories online about Aaron's and other rent to own businesses BUT that simply is not true at this Aaron's here in Deming. Management, staff and delivery are awesome. They will work with you and help you in every way possible. I highly recommend this store

My tv broke on July 24 was sent in to get fixed. Was told it was going to take 4-6 weeks. It’s been 18 weeks I’ve contacted the business multiple times to ask about the tv was told I needed to speak to the manager. When I requested to talk to her was told she would call back. When she called back asked why I needed to speak specifically to her. She was very rude and unprofessional. I Would never recommend this business to anyone
The staff here is great!! Very helpful, polite, and friendly. The GM worked with us to get exactly what we were looking for. There was a small slip up with a shipment, but he took care of it quickly and turned what would’ve been a headache into a rather pleasant experience. The two gentlemen who delivered our products were awesome! Set everything up for us and explained everything to us to make getting started with our new stuff a breeze. Would highly recommend working with these guys!!
they gave us an amazing deal on a living room set (sectional,2 end tables, and a coffee table) we paid cash the couches arrived the next day but they forgot our tables in the first delivery and forgot to fix the broken cup holder but then the next day they brought the tables and the new piece to cup holder. overall experience was nice they were very attentive as well as courteous they offered us something to drink and found us the item we needed instead of just trying to put us in anything will be definitely going back when we move on to the next room in our house
