The manager is by far the rudest person I have ever met she talks to you like your beneath her and she's better than anyone that walks in there she is very unprofessional and when you call she won't give you the information that you need don't understand how she is still the manager

DO. NOT. BUY. FROM. HERE. Its now worth it. They send you running in circles. We didnt even get out item and had them “cancel” everything. Only for them to continuously call us because they didnt cancel it and they request payment for an item we didnt receive. They also took the $25 payment from my account. And then claimed they didnt. And i had to dispute the charge because they wouldnt refund it. What a joke. I went with a different company and they were so much simpler.
I was going to rent to own a gas range In Sept 2022 I paid 130.70 for my first month rent they delivered a stove with missing parts I told them to pick the stove up because the manager is the rudest person they picked it up the following week due to no drivers, when they picked it I called and ask for my payment back she said no because it was her store and she could do want ever she wanted. It stated in the Aaron’s return policy that a item can be refund if return within 30 days if not used I did not use the stove I have been. Customer for 21 years and this is the way they treat loyal customers. Do no rent from this STORE!!!
