I went into store feb 13th jasmine was outstanding !!!but soon as I left the store I start getting emails and text stating that I had a payment due how I do not know. low and behold when I left the store I asked jasmine when was my pay date she told me 2/20 so every day I’m still getting these emails urgent my account needs attention .so yesterday I decided to call to ask why am I continuously getting these text and emails when the items aren’t even in my possession yet and the due date was in 2 days …..but the guy that picked up was so rude hung up on me bout 3 times when asked his name he said Mike so I said can you put a manager on the phone he aggressively said I am the manager come to find out he lied about his name because when my husband called back he picked up and said his name was Daniel how ever the call was made around 2:03 February 18th the disrespect was so bad I canceled my order that I did not want to do …but I refuse to do business with someone as disrespectful as that man ..Jazmine was so amazing I pray more ppl like her are hired or this store will be doomed I also spoke to someone to report this
This store and it's employees are very unprofessional Daniel especially I have asked repeatedly to change the payment dates on something and it never gets done. They staff is especially rude when it comes to talking over the phone
If I could give this company ZERO stars, I would. Daniel and Jose are absolutely incompetent and should NOT be working in customer service. Their behavior is disrespectful, unprofessional, and unacceptable. I received a call today and was having trouble hearing them. Instead of handling the situation professionally, Daniel accused me of pretending, claiming that “all their customers do this when they don’t want to take calls .” That accusation was insulting and completely out of line. When I asked to speak to a manager, he flat-out refused claiming he was the manager , proving this company has no accountability whatsoever. This is hands down one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. If this is how they treat customers, they deserve to lose business. Avoid this company at all costs. They clearly don’t value respect, professionalism, or their customers.
Customer service is terrible. You have to wait for a whole year for your couch people is lazy do not recommend to go if you want to wait for a year for your couch.
Honestly thinking I should just cancel the purchase I made and go elsewhere. I placed an order approximately 2 weeks ago online, when I did it said delivery in 2-3 days. I had to call 4 times to finally speak to jasmine and get a scheduled delivery which btw was a week from the date when I called the 4th time. No problem Tuesday at 4 pm. No follow up from them so I called, a guy who answered said I was on the books for them to deliver it today. I asked if they will call me when on the way because I was tired of sitting waiting, he said yes. Well guess what?!? THEY NEVER SHOWED UP. The customer service at this location is truly poor. I am not really sure what the employees there do as they seem bothered to even set up a delivery.
