I realy had a great exprience doing busines wit u guys, RENTA CENTER, is so awesme & definitely would rcomend to evryone i know

I was charged full price for a refurbish tv. I wasn’t aware until a friend tried to set up a sound bar and he showed me where the tv had been repaired!😡 I found it strange why they refused to set up the tv for me!

I have purchased from rent a center in the past but not from this location. Never again!!!! The stuff is extremely unprofessional. I was given a day for my delivery. No one never reached out to advise me they did not have the item stock. Everyday they were coming and did a no show. Not even a call to update me! The manager has no clue what she is doing. They literally played the blame game for over a week. Stay away from this location!!!!

I have been with Renter Center for years. Never had a problem with them. All of my furniture I got from them especially from this store.... I was paying it automatically online till I broke my ankle and rip all my tendons on my entire foot. Even had surgery. For months I didn’t have no income coming in, because of Covid all is done online and paper work was taking longer than expected. Renter Center was polite, patient and understanding at first. I healed enough to go back to work. Because of months of not work I fell back on a lot of my bills, Rent, Light, car payments, ext even had to replace my phone twice (black and cracked screen) can’t see who called or txt me. Current: Finally, got money burrowed to get my phone fixed. Got to work, open the box charged my phone see a bunch of missed calls. I called back, I was told by a young lady over the phone, they have been calling me since Saturday, I said I saw and know. I haven’t received my paycheck but I should get it by Wednesday or Thursday. Than she said I can’t wait, that long we are going to pick up the TV. I said Can we work something out? She said No, the cash I’ve been given isn’t enough, and I owe, three weeks, $80-$85... I understand a business is a business, and you can only hold out but so much, all I’m saying if you want to keep your most loyal customers be more understanding, and sympathetic, for crying out loud. I’ve convinced friends and family to get things from Renter Center. Smh, They have lost a very a loyal customer... Never again. (FYI) They get two stars just for patience.

Literally the worst customer service EVER!!!! We will be reporting them to the FDCPA and the better business bureau for their unlawful collections attempts and practices. I would equate them to getting shook down by the mafia. If you are even 1 week late, they show up at your house and leave you a note, which is fine no big deal but wait it gets better, 20 minutes later i got another knock at the door from the same note deliverer with a cell phone in his hand saying my manager is on the phone and she wants to talk to you. I was livid to say the least. We made the payment immediately and we will certainly be filing several reports to the agencies and speaking with the corporate office.
