I called to get some assistance on payment arrangements and before I was asked how much I can pay then general manager came on the phone , no compassion , no empathy, he brought up last month knowing the craziness of food situation, I’ll be contacting corporate office , worst customer service ever

MY SON AND I WENT TO AARON'S IN MOUNT HOLLY NEW JERSEY THIS BEAUTIFUL YOUNG LADY NAME ISABELLA WAS THE MOST PLEASANT PERSON I'VE MET IN A LONG TIME.. HER CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ON POINT HER SALES PITCHES WERE EVEN BETTER.. We have used them before. You end up paying 3x the price of what the furniture is actually worth. We had recently decided to get a couch. We ordered this in august. We were originally told it would take 2 weeks. 2 weeks came and went nothing not even a call. Finally 3 weeks in I called them. The lady told me it was scheduled to be delivered to the store the next day. 2 days later still no call. Called again and the same lady said again it would be there that Friday. Friday came and went. Called again the following week and the lady down right hung up on me when I had asked if there was any update on delivery. I kept calling back and she refused to answer the phone. Finally after a good 10 minutes of them not answering the phone another man answered and I could hear the lady in the back talking crap. The man said they were having phone issues and that’s why nobody was answering. He said he would call the supplier and find out what’s going on because they didn’t actually have a delivery date like the lady had been previously telling me they had. As he was putting me on hold I heard him ask “why didn’t you call them if you knew that. Why did nobody call her”. At this point, I knew I wouldn’t be getting the furniture. A week later corporate called and said the order was cancelled. I completely understand if they didn’t have stock however, being told one thing that was clearly false and then being hung up on and ignore by the women on top of hearing her talk crap in the background I will never return. She needs to learn some customer service skills. Save your money and get something elsewhere.

Low income savior. I have gotten so much n you can't beat the extra protection they offer. Saved in 200 on getting my washer fix months after paying it off.

This is the best place to go! Their furnitures are the best in quality and designs, nice and clean place. I’ve been a customer for a year now and I am so happy and satisfied with everything. The management and staff were very helpful , happy and friendly. Thank you so much to Sir Kurt, Ms. Bern, Ms. Priscilla and the delivery team. They are the best! I highly recommend this place.
