Horrible with that new employee Carmen … she has a smart mouth she needs to take customer service classes.
They are terrible the phone is down and never contacted me to tell me nothing just a dead line! Brought me a washer and dryer couldn’t figure out how to put it in the laundry room so they took it back! Now I have no washer or dryer and I paid the money and I can’t get ahold of them
Exceptional service. Lis was very knowledgeable and patient with my concerns about getting a gas dryer. Thank you so much and have an amazing day on purpose!!!
Hello I’m a Very Loyal Customer at Rent a Center, I have been for some time!!!, Just letting everyone know that My experience with them is always positive and On Point, Customer Service is A-1 in my Opinion, Diana the Manager Is always a pleasure she always takes care of me!!!, Shawn and Mike are very very helpful and All around very good Guys, Funny too , But always Professional!!!!, For the most part I love the Staff and would recommend anyone to go!!!, Cant speak for other Locations (Stores), But that one is Top Notch!!!!
The leather furniture is terrible it tore up in less then 6 months I asked to have pillows replaced and was told that the insurance I pay with my payment didn't cover that... they replaced it with another used leather furniture set with paint scratches and rips and told me to pay the full payment for the New furniture that I 10 months worth of money into... they tried to write up the replaced furniture for a brand new set... they call me and my contacts from different numbers being very ignorant and rude
