I AM A NEW CUSTOMER ONLY BEEN WITH THEM 2 1/2 MONTHS, I WAS ALITTLE LATE MAKING 1 PAYMENT & THEY CAME OUT THAT WHOLE WEEK HARASSING ME , I HAVE FOOTAGE ON MY RING CAMERA EACH TIME THEY CAME OUT THEY WERE SAYING LOUDLY IN FRONT OF MY NEIGHBORS “O SHE DON’T WANT TO COME OUT” WHICH I AM VERY CONFUSED BY BECAUSE IF I DID RUN INTO THE TWO GROWN MEN THAT CAME HARASSING ME WHILE EXITING MY HOME WHAT WAS THE ACTIONS THAT WERE GOING TO TAKE PLACE🤔🤔 SO I DIDNT MAKE THAT PAYMENT DUE TO THAT HAPPENING SO THEY HARASSED ME BEFORE THE 2ND PAYMENT WAS DUE SO NOW THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT REPOSSESSION I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE THEY THINK BECAUSE THEY SEND OUT THIS BIG HISPANIC GUY THATS GOING TO FORCE ME TO MAKE A PAYMENT GUESS WHAT NOT GOING TO WORK I WILL NOT BE BULLIED INTO DOING FURTHER BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY DO WHAT YOU GUYS HAVE TO DO & I WILL DO THE SAME BUT I REPEAT DO NOT COME BACK TO MY HOME BEATING AND BANGING ON MY DOOR & MAKING A SCENE IN FRONT OF MY NEIGHBORS THEN AFTER SITTING IN FRONT OF MY DRIVEWAY FOR ABOUT 25 MINS BLOCKING MY CAR IN SO I CANNOT LEAVE THEY PULL DOWN TOWARDS THE DEAD END OF MY HOME & CUT THEIR TRUCK OFF AND LITERALLY WAITED TO SEE IF I WOULD COME OUT OF MY HOME THEY DID THIS FOR ABOUT 20 MINS THAN FINALLY DECIDED TO LEAVE I COULD NOT BELIEVE WHAT WAS HAPPENING NEXT TIME YOU SEND OUT YOUR GROWN MEN WORKERS TO MY HOME HARASSING ME I WILL MEET THEM AT THE DOOR WITH MY LICENSE TO CARRY PAPERWORK THAT WHOLE ESTABLISHMENT IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL & DOES TERRIBLE BUSINESS 🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️ FOR 1 I WAS TOLD THAT MY ITEMS WOULD ARRIVE IN PLASTIC BECAUSE IT WAS SUPPOSEDLY BRAND NEW BUT IT WAS DELIVERED WITHOUT ANY PLASTIC WRAP WHICH I GAVE THEM THE BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT & LET IT SLIDE WHEN I CLEARLY WAS IN THE STORE THE WEEK BEFORE AND WITNESSED A FEW DIFFERENT FAMILIES SITTING ALL OVER THE FURNITURE THAT THEY LIED TO ME ABOUT SAYING IT WAS BRAND NEW & COMING FROM THE BACK OF THE STORE IN PLASTIC & NOT THE SET THAT WAS ON DISPLAY & TO HARASS ME OVER 1 LATE PAYMENT WAS SO SHOCKING TO ME BUT AGAIN LET THAT BE THE LAST TIME YOUR WORKERS COME HARASSING ME & MY FAMILY
Very helpful and knowledgeable on products, no hassle to purchase or rent and delivery is fast.
It makes no sense how you only got about 200 and something left on the bill and they wanna harass you bang on your door all kinds of way don’t care if elders are sleeping or not, I RECOMMEND DO NOT RENT FURNITURE FROM THEM!
I have shopped at Rent-A-Center for over 20 years and I was just denied to get a living room set when I have a full-time job and proof of income and I will not be shopping there ever again. This is not a way to treat a customer that has bought from your establishment for over 20 years. Good luck!
my whole experience with this particular store was great Eddie was my sale associate and he treated me just like family he made several trips to my home until I was totally satisfied
