Good things in store any service problems area /distriict boss are great to help with any problem .
Was told I have a red flag on my account for returning rented items. 1st computer was to slow, the second one I could not log in because it was not properly rest from previous renter. Last I got was a 80” tv. I have always gone larger in size ever time a by a tv. For the first time in my life she was right, it was to big. Now I try to get laptop, and Atlantic City location tells me I am red flagged for renting to much from RENT a centet. Lol
Really bad customer service. First off they don't have anything they claim to have on their website. When we paid on line, they were supposed to call us the next day but they didn't, whatever. We got the references that we needed and they told us we should be fine to get the washer and dryer delivered. Still waiting for a phone call as promised but nothing, so when we called back they told us they didn't have any dryers but not too worry because they were gonna rush it. Next day we called the guy told us he wasn't gonna be in for a couple of days, like that's our problem. So today we called them and some other guy told us that they accidentally refunded our money and would have to wait for us to get it and pay it back. Now we are told that we would have to pay a balance that the original guy never mentioned to us. Do yourself a favor and just walk away.
Worst customer service experience of my life. Google should allow a Zero star rating. Please compare the price,specially the total payment at the end of your contract and I’m sure you will change your mind if you are a elementary school math smart.
Theres only one other review other then mine and clearly its a one star too . Never had a problem with them in ten yrs and have always paid our account 1-2 weeks before due date and the one time , i am late on a payment they are knocking on my door, just so happens that we were going through a medical hardship when we did miss the payment . Today 5/6/17 our payment was due and because i didnt pay before today they were already calling my phone in the am , I didnt even have a chance to wake up for the day before they are already HARRASING me, claims that in the contract . Either way you look at it its harrasing. We will not be getting anything else from them EVER AGAIN
