I have been renting from Aaron's for a long while now. I personally have had no issues with them other than the Item I most recently rented broke.... but I have to say that the staff went up and beyond what I expected. Derrick came out to see the problem first hand then him and Missy came back out and fixed the issue with no questions adked.They both made sure the problem was resolved to my satisfaction. Now i also must say that the store manager herself Has also been a pleasure to do business with. All the staff I worked and spoken with are very polite and pleasure to work with and I will continue to do business with for a very long time to come. It has been a pleasure meeting this staff and having the team you have.
I would personally like to give the Ladies that work here a raving review. After taking over a mess from the last crew....these women have risen to challenge. Today is Dec. 26 .....they went above and beyond to make my holiday amazing! Even after I was less then present. Seriously they should both be given a raise ! They practiceed amazing patience and outstanding customer service today. Thank you! Sincerely Tammy G
Wel ive been with them long enough to have 3 items paid off those items were a Nintendo switch hard find at the time do to christmas, a bed and as soon as that was paid off i got another bed from them thats almost paid off, a couch i just paid off yesterday and as soon as i did i got another sweet couch that fits my style, and now a fridge, so total of 3 items ive, paid off and well still with still with them, almost 5 items now paid off with 8 on my account ranging from laptop to couch, bedroom set, my sounds bar with wireless subwoofer all kinds of product I'm in great standings with them, i go in and just pick and they'll even deliver, they're the rent to own place for me, I would not suggest any other place, brought them 3 customers, been with them since before a pandemic for me it started with a Nintendo switch for my daughters Christmas gift I believe back in 2018, treat your customers good know them by name and they'll do business with you always!! Martha and Jenilee are absolutely amazing!! They helped me through an issue with absolute grace and compassion and became quite the detectives to correct it.. extremely professional and kind!!
I'm about 10 seconds away for returning my bed because the store manager will not call me back My mattress is defective store manager ordered me the wrong mattress doesn't have a pillow top like I wanted 9 in instead of 12 inch mattress felt to go somewhere else or just buy an air mattress for myself
