The manager and the other workers are super nice. I had the best experience here for my first time.
I got an electric bike from these guys and it was put together poorly. It was my first time getting an electric bike, they gave me no knowledge about it. They also put me on a benefits plus package that I didn't know it was there until the bill came in. So I had to call them and shut it down. My bike is sound now, but I had to bring it to a professional to get it all straightened out.
The lack of communication and the fact I never even got my couch or my full refund is appalling. Whoever it is at your store that reads this, you know who I am., I’ve called you many times asking for my refund since the damn start my couch was delayed because it was “destroyed” but your store bluntly ignored my request. It’s honestly not worth it now at this point. Thanks for the one $39 refund after I waited and PAID 9 WEEKS. 9x39.9=$353.61. That’s how much I paid to be strung along for 9 weeks. I am not a person to make a post like this. I was extremely nice during this whole thing cause I get it. I’ve worked retail and calling yelling and being nasty never solves anything. But This store is terrible and needs to be just wiped clean of management and staff and started anew. I’m not even gonna bother to try and get the full money back because what’s the point.
I am beyond horrified that I missed ONE payment, and my next payment was due literally today. And RAC was banging on my door ready to take my product I rented from them. Not only that, they called phone obsessively when I was legit only 1 day behind on my payment. I was hospitalized for a week and came home to all this. I cannot imagine only being 2 weeks behind and they're knocking on my door with a truck to take away my couch. Do NOT recommend.
I’m not happy with Nate or Eric at your Rochester store They kept insinuating It was my fault that the auto payment that kept getting declined. I had been in the store several times to get this fixed and then today was the straw that broke the camels back. I no longer want to deal with them at the store so I am setting up my own auto pay but I think your guys need to go in and get More classes on customer service not impressed. Thank you
