First time dealing with this location. I went there last minute notice. moving into a new apartment and needed some stuff right away. They are short staff, but you wouldn't know by the way they took care of me. It made me feel like they had a full staff and got everything done quickly and responsive. they were able to help me out very quick, very responsive. I don't know that their names.The manager and the assistant manager, but I will have to say their customer services by far the best!

The manager at the Nashua NH location, Ezra, put a laptop under agreement using all my information and paid the first week payment so he could get the credit for the sale and commission. Now after filing a comps with corporate I have to file a police report and potential court case because it’s a legal contract and they won’t just cancel it. I need spoke to them about a laptop and never agreed to start a lease for it. This is a disgusting way to do business not to mention illegal. I’ll never use them again.

Amazing staff, the place is always clean and accommodating. Despite having moved to Manchester, their branch will be our home base 100%.

This location goes above and beyond to make sure that you have what you ordered and desire in a timely and prompt manner. A special shout out to Clinicia, who works very diligently to ensure communication and promptness. Ezra, the manger, is very involved and proactive in ensuring accuracy and totality. Thank you to RAC Main St. I would totally recommend this bedside to anyone. It is absolutely beautiful.

If this is my first time writing the review, it would’ve been five stars. They were so excellent last year when I needed my washer. Unfortunately, that’s the only time they were excellent. I ordered a twin size mattress on December 5 of 2024. And I never received it. They’ve been giving me the runaround for going Three weeks now. When I was checking the website daily, it kept saying the mattress was not available yet and they call me when it’s available to deliver. On January 6 I was sick of waiting and called to see what the heck is going on. At first they try to say I didn’t have a mattress order and I said no I definitely do I’ve been paying for it. Then they found it. The boss called me the next day and said he would deliver himself. Never delivered Never got a phone call. I text them. They said they’ll call me back. No call back.. is very disappointed, but I will never do business here again once my washer is paid off
