Obviously the prices are expensive however the Milford rent a center has always been super respectful and understanding. If the deal works go for it!

I am being forced to keep renting a couch costing me 120 a month i can afford and i am a vet on ss. fixed income. when i rented it i asked is it covered if my cats scratch it he said yes everything is covered . then a month later i said come get the couch they said no you get a month free i said come get it they did not. now they called and threatened to take back a pc i am renting and my ps5 i paid off . The guy now says well cats aren't normal wear and tear i said but i asked you he says it doesn't matter if u told me that's not normal wear and tear then he proceeded to say well why would you watch your cats ruin the couch i said do you think i am a low life or something like i just sat and watched my cat do that . i said i don't stare at the couch watching it 24 7 . he said that's our fault help me blow this up

I do not like being harassed for payment on THE day my payment is due, I have until the close of business to make a payment yet as soon as business opens for the day I get a call and 2 text messages. I get no less than 3 phone calls and several texts. I have stated this every time you ask me for my input. Your company knows I pay online and that I work on Saturdays and yet you blow my phone up every time... Nothing changes. Try letting people have time to make a payment or maybe even wait until the payment is missed before you start harassing people. Oh let's not forget that they make you make a double payment when you make a payment, if you are behind by a couple days they make you pay the original payment and then the future payment which isn't due yet.

I’ve been paying for a bed for over a year. I contacted Rent-A-Center about issues I’ve been having with the mattress. The mattress is extremely uncomfortable, you can feel the springs poking and it makes a clicking sound when you sit down on it. They sent someone to my home to verify if I was lying or not. The employee verified the issues I was having but then the manager told me that the issues I was having were not covered by my warranty or insurance. So they told me they would sell me a new mattress for 50% off. This is after I had been told I had 8 payments remaining only to pay those 8 payments and not have it paid off. If you stop paying they will come pounding on your door looking for their money. They won’t help fix an issue that isn’t our fault because they claim it’s not covered by the warranty or insurance. Wish I could leave a zero star review!

today i got a great deal on a king size mattress with box springs well platform in a 2 assembly fit into a metal frame for only 550! I am so happy with my purchase! with a big thanks to ERIC he is very nice and honest with the purchase! Also ig thanks to his movers well one came i forgot his name sadly i wish i could remember his name right now and you are reading this the mover who helped for not remembering your name!! over all happy and reccomend to everyone and anyone who is on a budget but can make multiple small payment but the payment plan goes fast too paying wise
