I have been a very long time customer and have not had any help with extension on my payments for a while my father in law recently passed away and we had to pay for a cremation so I called the store manager at the Littleton store and told her I wouldn't be able to make at least my up coming payment possibly the following payment but definitely not the upcoming the store manager offered no condolences at minimum and insisted that I pay something on the stuff I had I told her I couldn't even pay rent this month so no I couldn't pay anything towards my payment and still I got phone calls and text wanting some kind of payment even given all I have had to deal with to take care of my father in laws death absolutely no consideration for my situation so I told her she could pick up all of the stuff and I will manage without the stuff so even after being a long time customer that had all stuff on auto pay and still most of the time went on the app and paid early because she was unwilling to help me with my payment rent a center has lost my business I will not go back through rent a center again
I purchased a phone from here and Kylie the manager was very professional. She was always friendly and helpful whenever I needed to pay the bill. Very attentive and great customer service. 5 stars. If I pay my bill she was very kind! As long as the bills paid no bad experiences:)
Have bad experiences through them. Was perfectly fine in the beginning and then it got worse. Ill admit I kind of screwed myself over and got me 3 things, made on time payments for a while and then because the manager was being disrespectful and didn't want to work something out, I returned everything. Waited a couple weeks, went back to get a PS5, returned it within a week because I didn't play it. Got pretty much "pushed" out of the store, everyone was mad at me for no reason. I was gonna try to get a king sized bed and they wanted nothing to do with me. The manager had lied to me; paid $7 for black Friday, didn't have to pay until December 4th, got charged the next week so I paid it. Called headquarters and am getting a refund, just waiting for a call from the district manager. I am trying to get a king sized bed through them again, get told they don't have any so I mentioned that Berlin had one. I got told that I didn't get approved for a rental and to try again in 30 days, I can go on the app and it says I'm approved for $3600. So everyone at Littleton rent a center is a complete liar and don't care about anyone but themselves. They are supposed to be making money but the way they are acting and going, I wouldn't be surprised if they get shut down or at least put a new manager in there with different people. It sucks because I can't go through any other rent a center except them. There's one 30 minutes away from me but because it's too far to be serviced, I have to deal with Littleton.
Encountered an issue with a few days' late payment, and despite a history of catching up promptly, and there being a last few payments on the item, was faced with immediate threats of repossession from the manager. Unprofessional treatment from the female manager Kylie, who showed no flexibility despite my consistent payment history. It's clear that a new manager is needed to improve customer service and understanding at this location. Other reviews mention experiencing similar behavior I've experienced from the same manager. Disappointed with the lack of flexibility and understanding in resolving the situation.
I would give zero stars if I could. We have a laptop that we plan on returning. We have only had it a couple weeks and no longer need it. I haven’t had the chance to come to the store yet to return it. (Although I have told her multiple times that I plan on doing so.) Today, while my son was home alone, the store manager, Kylie Ann, slammed on my door and screamed for atleast 10 minutes demanding he open and return the laptop. I have a couch through them as well and have been a customer that always pays. The harassment (Minimum of 5 phone calls, voicemails and 2-3 text messages a day and now slamming non stop on my door and screaming throughout my apartment building.) Absolutely horrible customer service. She should not be in a management role, my ring camera footage can prove it.
