The gentlemen have always been great! Very respectful, helpful, and prompt. They get you best payments they can , and they deliver within 2 days in my experience. They as a whole from store manager to sssistant to sales to delivery are just awesome! Great group of gentlemen running that store!

Have had multiple issues regarding payment in your computer system. The kids who delivered/assembled our bedroom set were unprofessional and put our bed platform together wrong. However the manager has been most helpful.

My name is Jamie Plowman. If I could give 0 stars for this location I would have no hesitation. Let me start by saying I have been a customer of Rent A Center for roughly 3-4 years now and haven’t had to many issues until just recently. The majority of my furniture ie: Couch bedroom set washer&dryer all are from here. Washer Dryer paid off in full. Couch paid off in full. Bedroom set not yet but here comes the issue. I have asked multiple times to have my bedroom set switched too a monthly payment in fact I have been asking since roughly middle end of summer to do this and have gotten the run around being told I need to pay “x” amount in order to do so, well funny thing my other items I have been able to switch when asked if I could and was done no questions asked or problems but yet my bedroom set I’m being given a problem about. On top of that I have fallen on hard times do to medical reasons and I have on more than one occasion informed the store manager about this and has done nothing in anyway to assist at all. Instead I get given a hard time told by him I can’t switch to monthly and when I’ve asked I get told I can only go biweekly because that is how I was getting paid when I was working before injury. Well here is something interesting all my other furniture and stuff was able to get switched no money and no problem except my bedroom set. Now because I’m a couple payments behind I get threatened with being told to pay x amount by x date or I’m being taken to court and sued.The store manager has done nothing to help in anyway and instead I just get lied to and threatened with court and lawsuits. Is this really how you train management and employees to treat your loyal customers whose house is pretty much filled with items from you and been a customer of yours for as long as I have been?? Also one of your hourly employees has been disrespectful and rude as well to me and I could name drop both but I won’t to spare them the embarrassment of people knowing how the two of them really are. The disrespect and terrible god awful customer service and rudeness and blatant stupidity that I deal with and clearly others do as well cause I see the comments is just absolutely baffling considering I’ve been in customer service for over 20 years and if I was being like this I would not have a job but yet somehow these people still do and I don’t understand how???? This is in no way sour grapes or false information it’s really just experience and facts that I have dealt and am dealing with this establishment.
