Very friendly employees and great customer service. Excellent understanding of my contract and payment plan and always smooth transactions. The more you pay on your purchases the less you have to pay in the long run. For example, they have 3 or 6 months same as cash, Pay it within that timeframe you won’t have to pay any high interest. Still, if you can’t afford to pay off your purchase within that time, you will have to pay interest, but it’s really not that much.
Rent-A-Center in Sparks is one of the best places to shop because of the amazing staff. They make you feel welcome and always go out of their way to help. Ernesto, the store manager, is so helpful and friendly. He’s great at answering questions and making sure you feel good about what you’re getting. You can tell he really cares about the customers and the store. Niki is awesome at helping you find exactly what you need. Whether it’s a comfy couch, a new TV, or something for your home, she listens and helps you pick the perfect item. Robert is the muscle behind it all! He’s always delivering and setting up furniture and entertainment systems. He does everything carefully and makes sure it’s done right. Plus, he’s super nice, which makes the whole process even better. Every time I pay my bill, it feels like I’m visiting friends. The staff knows me, and it’s clear they care about their customers. If you’re looking for great service and people who treat you like family, Rent-A-Center in Sparks is the place to go. Ernesto, Niki, and Robert are the best!
I was helped by Jane I believe to order a new bedroom set. She was incredibly helpful and kind and helped me pick out something I would love without having to wait long for delivery. 100/10 customer service on her part 🙌🏻
