They've been very helpful at keeping my acct. up 2 date even when I fell behind a few weeks,they made accomodations to where I didn't lose my items or the money I had already paid into them!!
The service was ok the rep was awesome but didn’t know much about the products & when he was reaching out to the manager for help she was lazy & slow in response. My couches were a little worn but I manage to fix some parts. If the rep wasn’t so nice & helpful I wouldn’t shop there again
Ordered online. Wasn't contacted from anyone at the store. I called and spoke with a guy who said that he would have the manager call me back. Never happened. I called back later and the manager actually answer the phone and she advised that she never got the messages. At that time Crystal told me that she would need to go to Vegas to grab the computer bundle. I finally got the computer bundle the next day but still can't use because it was never factory reset and it is asking me for a pin from the previous owner. I had to actually use a monitor from my 1st job to work 2nd job until someone takes care of this but already made 1st payments and haven't even used system yet. So disappointed...
Jose is awesome he helped me when other manager just ignored me. He's the reason I go back. Keep up the good work jose... Update.. Jose ended up being fake and rude. Was getting something replaced with the insurance I paid into while renting and told me I never had insurance. So why did I pay into it every week. Avoid this place..
Went into the store today haven't made my payment because it's been months since they have given me back my original and I'm stuck with a replacement. Contract says they will give a replacement and fix original it been over 3 months. I come into the store so they can contact me with the new number but since our encounter at my home I came directly to the manager & as soon as he realized who I am he starts cursing at me.. and I thought everyone should know what he told me its scum like you who cant go anywhere else so you come to rent a center.. directly from the manager Daniel.. so don't shop here unless you're a scum who cant go anywhere else.
