The store in Henderson on Boulder Highway.... Hands down the worst customer service I've ever dealt with! They rescheduled the first delivery and then never showed and when I called to find out what was going on they straight up called me a liar and they never said they rescheduled at the time I was told even though I still to this day have the text message! All they said was "thats an automated text we never said that" so dont you think you should reach out and provide information on when you are actually coming? My fiancé took that day off thinking they were coming! And literally 5 mins ago they called for a payment I said oh I get paid at 9pm tonight and he replied with "oh thats weird I never heard of that" I said heard of what he said "i never heard of someone being paid on Friday night its usually Thursday night Friday morning" which i said "well i don't actually get paid til the 15th!! I told you guys when I placed my order my company pays semi monthly so I get paid the 15th and the last day of the month so I'm actually getting paid early" all he said was "oh thats weird" and hung up! People can only tolerate so much disrespect til someone gets punch in the mouth!
Extremely rude and unprofessional employee working Thursday morning/afternoon at Rent-A-Center Boulder location Henderson. Requested cancellation and refund twice in same day.
Need to fix the payment portal online. Other than that the staff RAC on Nellis have been extremely helping and welcoming as this is my first time using their services. Great communication. Great team. A+++
Your forced to review in order to finish your account sign up it was cool the item is wanted wasn't available cause it was destroyed even though the site said it was in great condition so I had to settle for something different
Kent at the Henderson Boulder Highway store has always been wonderful to me and treated me as a special customer. I'm a long time customer but I'm sure hes like that with all his customers. Hes a good man! Very professional, knowledgeable and always telling me about new deals and specials.
