The people that came to install my stackable washer and dryer were quick and on time for the delivery and installation. They did not have the right accessories to go with the washer and dryer and requested my husvand and i to gey those items and once we did they would be able to come bavk and finish the set up....easy enough. I got the requested items and called rent a center back. I was told that theu couldnt finish the set up for us even though my husband was told to call back and they would. If your people who work for you tell your customers something and dont keep their word that reflects badly on your buisness. If i could i wouldnt give any stars. Terrible buisness and i cannot wait to move out so i dont have to do buisness with them ever again. Editing for rent a center. Yall gave my husband those verbal words during installation. Whoever was installing our stackable washer and dryer specifically told him that so yes of course you wont find any records of that unless you were physically preesent during the installation.

My fiance was paying payments on our bedroom set, we've BEEN paying 40 every two weeks ever since we switched our bed frame for a different bed frame. We'll yesterday I went to pay our 40 dollar biweekly payment with MY debit card, just for the guy to say it'll be $73 something. I said "whoa! No its supposed to be 40 biweekly, thats what we've been paying. So PLEASE DO NOT run my card, I will have my fiance call you! Do NOT take the payment and do not run my card" he said "okay" then today they charged my card 75 dollars!!! Thats theft! They are a scam and I better get my money returned back to my card like the guy claimed he will do!

4 calls in 48hrs... 2 calls for payment after payment arrangements were made (3 of which were made on the day the payment was die, not even past due!), and a call no one knew why (they didn't leave a voicemail) but they guessed it was for new sales and discounts (one never received any in the 2 years of using RAC so idk about that). Now it's 1 day past due and I get another call, after my number was taken off the account TWICE

I am going to be writing a more lengthy review soon if what happened today doesn’t get resolved somehow. I was communicated with..with one thing & then they didn’t stick to what I was told on the phone that is probably going to result in them repossessing the item I got from them. Which was a couch that was tripled in price but in the beginning it sounded like an easy/good deal..which was a trap. My first time with them, so I wasn’t 100% sure on how unfair they are here. But I’m trying to keep this item anyways since I’ve had it for so long. I was just trying to simply PAY my bill so the amount doesn’t sky-rocket in just two days from now. I was told as long as I made the payment today I’d be good. I told her if I figure it out I’ll call back and if not I’ll just have to pay it on Wednesday regardless. She said “okay.” And agreed to it. I called back not even an hour later and the manager answered. He completely went against what I was told even though I explained to him what was communicated and he can even listen to the voice-recording. He would not let me make a payment today. He refused to let me pay for my bill so that way now I have to have extra fees that I was trying to avoid if I could. I couldn’t help that stuff with my bank was happening so I had to call them back after I figured it out with my bank and I also communicated that with them but said if anything I’ll pay it on Wednesday if I can’t figure it out today. She said as long as I pay what I was supposed to pay today then I am good. That was a lie, apparently. The manager was petty because I am a human and have been late in the past and he said I couldn’t pay today because of it. Even though in the past I communicated with them every time and paid them and everything worked out. If they told me on the phone I can’t be late for this long or whatever then that’s one thing but they never said that. They blind-sided me and he’s using that as an excuse to make it to where I can’t make a payment like who refuses a payment? I was trying to pay everything in FULL today and figured it out with my bank and all of the sudden my account is locked even though the girl said I can figure it out as long as it’s before Wednesday and I pay it today then I won’t have to pay that amount. I will be saying a lot more if I have to. I have receipts and I have more things that have happened with them that isn’t professional and mildly aggressive that will have people not want to go there. I kept a lot to myself because we all kept communicating etc and they didn’t say anything was a problem when I paid them but now all the sudden when I’m trying to pay them there’s problems that I wasn’t aware of until today? And they are refusing to let me pay my BILL in FULL today!

Awful, all out awful... The town is limited to resources and you figure between Aaron's and Rent-A-Center you would be good to go. They call and harass your phone all day through out the day, I've been at work and these people called my phone aggravating me, saying that my payment had been declined. Yikes come to find out when I changed my billing information that was the cause for the declined payment, I got woke up out of my sleep on the weekends because of this madness, I will not do business with these guys ever again. This place... No stars as well as this town. rating - Failed
